Recently bought a Pluable DisplayLink 2.0 display adaptor. Worked once, now I noticed the green light is always off. whats going on?

Could you run the DisplayLink support tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/displayli… ) and email the .zip to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a link to this thread and your Amazon Order ID?
This would give us a better insight as to what is going on. Once we analyze it, we can figure out the next steps.
