Thanks for posting! I’m sorry for the frustration - I did a quick check of clicking on the link in your post, and it appears to be working here now.
Of course, with network adapters, we always worry about people switching their network cable over to the adapter, before they’ve downloaded the driver for it.
Assuming that isn’t happening, just go ahead and try the link again:

And if that doesn’t work, you can always go straight to the ASIX driver download page for the AX88772A chip in our adapter:
