LG Monitor not detected

Hi, for a long time my TB4 usb C hub has worked amazingly. I work on a surface pro 8 and have to plug in a monitor with a displayport to usb c. Recently my monitor stopped being detected when it was plugged into the TB 4 dock but works perfectly when connected directly with my laptop. This defeats the purpose of having the dock and keeps me from plugging anything else into my surface I just installed the latest bios update from microsoft but unfortunately it didn’t seem to fix the problem.

I have unplugged the monitor and when I plug it back in I hear the surface acknowledge that something has happened but the display doesn’t come on and eventually goes back to sleep.

While the TBT4-HUB3C is connected to your Surface Pro 8 and the LG display is connected to the TBT4-HUB3C via the USB Type-C to DisplayPort video cable (*** even if not working as expected, this is important ***), the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug

This information will help us to determine the next steps.
