Lenovo Yoga 7 Series with reoccurring Docking station resets

It looks like I am having the same issue that multiple others have encountered with the docking station resetting and dropping 2 screens/cat5 Network connection. This usually happens when I am moving my mouse around. Can happen multiple times within an hour. I have downloaded and executed your plugdebug tool. I guess I just need a ticket to reference to get this resolved?

If you could provide your Amazon Order ID (or other proof of purchase) associated with your Plugable device, I would be happy to check on your warranty status as well.
