Lenovo P Series not working with UD-ULTCDL

Hello, my new pluggable docking station is having extreme trouble with working with my Leonovo P1 Laptop. I have downloaded the driver and plugged into the usbc port of the computer but when I do this, the computer starts flashing and not working. The monitors I have them hooked up to do no turn on and the screen keeps flashing on my computer. Sometimes, the docking station will just turn off too. I know this becuase the light turns off so then I have to unplug and replug the dock to get it back to working. My docking station does work though because I have tested it with a lenovo yoga laptop, lenovo x1, and two macs and those three work fine. However my P1 never works. What to do?

  1. The Amazon/Walmart/Newegg/eBay Order ID number for your docking station purchase. If it’s from Amazon you can find this at www.amazon.com/orders
  2. While the docking station and displays are connected to your PC (even if not working as expected), the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug: https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug
