Lenov Thinkpad and Plugable USB 3.0 3900 - no display, not setting up correctly

I purchased it and followed the instructions.

Windows 7.0, downloaded the most recent Displaylink files (7.7M4) and nothing…seems to simply die during installation.

Thanks for posting. I’m sorry the docking station isn’t working properly with your Lenovo. I’d be happy to help.

If the drivers installed properly but the dock is simply not being detected that could indicate a faulty dock, but it could also be a software issue. The best way to determine which is the case would be to have you run our diagnostic utility PlugDebug –> http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug and send the file it generates to support@plugable.com with ‘Ticket 99807’ in the subject line so we can match everything up.

Once we have the file we can determine the next steps and go from there.
