Laptop stops detecting 2 external monitors (using plugable dual head multi-display). Device connects to USB port. Third monitor connected directly to PC via HDMI works as does laptop display. Rebooting works but this problem keeps happening. External keyboard via USB also stops working. High end laptop. Any suggestions?

Given your description of the sporadic nature of the problem, our first step is to examine some log files. Just after the behavior has occurred, please keep everything connected (even though the adapter is not working) and run our diagnostic utility PlugDebug --> http://plugable.com/support/plugdebug
Please send the file it creates to firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘For Ticket 147324’ in the subject line as this will allow us to match everything up and examine some log files from your system to help determine the next steps.
