Laptop projecting onto ALL in One Desktop (not monitor)

I want to use your “Plugable USB 3.0 to VGA / DVI / HDMI Video Graphics Adapter for Multiple Monitors up to 2048x1152” to project images from my laptop onto my all in one dell desktop monitor… is this going to be possible? The all in one does not have anything but usb ports, but my laptops have the hdmi, so I would be using the adapter reversed

Is the Dell display you mentioned an all-in-one computer, or is it just a display? Can you let me know what model number this device is?

If it’s an all in one computer, this likely won’t work, as it likely won’t have video input connections.
