I’m using a new Dell Inspiron xps 17 series. My older plugable kept my peripherals powered (headset charger, phone charger). This new one doesnt; the old one did. Can I get the peripherals to stay powered on with the this new dock.

First, I’d like to get a few more details on the issue you are experiencing. To clarify, are the connected USB peripherals not staying powered at all when the host laptop is connected, or only when the laptop is shut off, not connected, etc.?
