J-Tech USB 3 Express Card

I bought a USB 3.0 Express Card for my DELL 64-bit Windows 7 laptop. I downloaded the driver from the website. It says it installed properly, but I cannot see it in the device manager.
How do I fix it?

Thanks for posting your question here! We are Plugable Technologies. We are not associated with the J-Tech USB 3.0 Express Card.

We currently neither manufacture not sell any Express Cards for laptops. Hence we cannot provide support for this product. Sorry about that!

I’d recommend contacting either the seller or the manufacturer of the product for further support.
