Issues with Plugable USB 3.0

I continue to get the same message after clearing the install of the 7.4 update since Jan 1- USB not recognized. The unit seems to continue as a bridge but the audio doesn’t work and unsure about video-no multiple monitor. Possible bad unit?

Could you please provide the logs produced by our tool Plugdebug, you can find it here and then send them to me at support@plugable.com.

Once we have those logs, we’ll start trying to figure out what exactly is going on with your setup.
