Are any of the Plugable USB 3.0 hubs isochronous?

In short, all will work.

All USB 3.0 hubs support all 4 transfer types: bulk, isoch, control, and interrupt. USB 3.0 hubs don’t actually need to reprocess these transactions, which is why they’re effectively agnostic to the type of transfer.

Isoch transfers are often used by audio and motion video devices. And they’ll work with any hub.
