Is UD-3900 Pluggable compatible with macbook air

I have a MacBook Air (mid 2012) running on OS X El Capitan 10.11.1. I have downloaded the pluggable mac driver, but it does not seem to be working. Did I miss anything or is UD-3900 not compatible with my mac? Thanks!

Apologies for the delayed reply.

While we don’t officially list Mac support for the UD-3900 (and the majority of our USB graphics products), the UD-3900 does work well for most using 10.9 - 10.11.

Other than the video output, are other dock functions like ethernet, USB, and audio working as expected?
