I’m trying to connect two monitors to my Macbook Pro M1 (MacOS 15.6) and the configuration I’m using isn’t working. (Plugging both monitors into Plugable hub, then cabling from hub to USB-C port on Macbook.) Feeling dumb. Is there a cabling diagram, user manual or anything else that will show me the proper way to do this? Thanks.

We do have a general guide on connecting docking stations to your laptop, but what you’ve described sounds correct. If needed, here is said guide: https://kb.plugable.com/connecting-your-dock
Note: The dock used in this guide is not the UD-6950Z, but connections will be similar
Beyond that, DisplayLink docks like the UD-6950Z are not “plug and play” so to speak for macOS. A manual install of the drivers are needed. We also have guides on this and I will include them here: DisplayLink for macOS 11/12 or DisplayLink for macOS 13+
Be sure to follow each step as there are permissions required as well. Let us know if this helps, and if not we may need to take a closer look via our internal ticketing system.
