Is the USB 3.0 to10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet LAN Network Adapter compatible with Toshiba Chromebook 2 - 2015 Edition (CB35-C3350)

Amazon product description lists “Chrome OS” as a supported OS for the USB 3.0 to 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet LAN Network Adapter BUT in the Question & Answer section the “Manufacture Response” of January 27, 2014 said, " No, Chrome OS does not have support" so I am understandably confused. Since it’s been almost 2 years since that reply have the USB 3.0 to 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet LAN Network Adapters been updated to include support for the Chrome OS?

P.S. 2 customers said it worked fine so what’s the story?

Back when that question was asked almost two years ago, no it was not supported. Chrome OS now supports this adapter which is why we market it as such.
