is the 3900 compatible with the spectre x360 Kaby Lake?

I have an HP Spectre x360 Kaby Lake and ideally would like to buy the USB-C Triple display unit, but it won’t ship to Australia - even via a US based forwarding service.
Is the 3900 a satisfactory alternative?

Hi Peter, thanks for posting! You do not mention the model of monitors you wish to use, but I would expect our UD-3900 dock to work with your HP Spectre x360.

However, please be aware that our UD-3900 dock would only enable you to connect up to two separate monitors and will not be able to charge your system via the USB 3.0 port.

Also, please be aware that our dock uses DisplayLink technology in order to work. DisplayLink (the manufacturer of the chipset within our dock and the author of the drivers) has a comaptibility check list here –> http://support.displaylink.com/knowle… to help determine if your system is compatible with the necessary software.

Thanks so much for the reply David. My monitors are relatively old (VGA and DVI) and nit high res so I’m guessing ok. I’ll check out the link
