Is MacOS Reduced Ethernet Speed still a problem?

I have MacBook Air M1 2020…internet provider is 1000 GB. Hard wire to MacBook is 540 Mbps; Wi-Fi is 380; Ethernet through UD-ULTCDL is 76. Dock station is fine, DisplayLink works great (2 Monitors) but speed is problem.
Found this link in forum - “macOS Reduced Ethernet Performance with Select DisplayLink Based Products” https://kb.plugable.com/docking-stations/macos-reduced-ethernet-performance-with-select-displaylink-based-products
Hoping things have been resolved.
Thanx for help on this.
Phil

Hi Phil,

Thank you for contacting Plugable! I am sorry to hear that your UD-ULTCDL docking station is not functioning as expected, and would be happy to provide additional support.

For your reference, this issue is still affecting the docks listed in the article, but I would be happy to dig further to see if there is anything else we are missing.

To help diagnose the issue, may I ask you to please keep the device connected to your laptop and everything still attached (even if not working as expected) and send us the output of our diagnostic utility PlugDebug? → https://plugable.com/pages/plugdebug

Once you have the logs, simply send an email to support@plugable.com with the subject line of “Ticket 398609” so that we can prioritize that case and match it to this inquiry.

If you could provide your Amazon Order ID (or other proof of purchase) associated with your Plugable device, I would be happy to check on your warranty status as well.

Thank you for giving us the chance to help!
