Internet Won't Load After First Page

Hi! Having an issue with my new Plugable Superspeed 3.0. Downloaded drivers and everything seems to be working fine… except the Ethernet. No errors with the driver BUT nothing on the 'net will load after the second page. If I got to Google, I get the first page but no search results. Support.plugable.com doesn’t load at all. Everything is fine if I disconnect the device and load over WiFi…

Any ideas?

Hello Cara - I am sorry to hear about these troubles. We might be dealing with a technical networking issue where the connection between the router or switch to your docking station is not set to full duplex. Is this a home or a work network? Have you tried a new or different Ethernet cable to test with?
