I am experiencing substantial lag when using any internet browser. When I do not have an active internet browser open the USB display adapter seems to work fine. I have Windows 7 64 bit system and a Samsung LED monitor (20-22 inch I believe) I have looked through the support posts and uninstalled a specific Windows update but the problem persists. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting here! Could you run the DisplayLink Support tool (instructions here: http://plugable.com/support/displayli… ) with the Plugable UGA-2K-A connected to the system and email the resulting .zip to support@plugable.com along with your Amazon order ID and a link to this thread?
This would give us a better insight as to what is going on. Once we analyze it we can figure out the next steps.
