We got this dock for a one-cable solution to hook the laptop up to a single monitor and a couple USB things. It seems to be intermittent, but the dock will go from working to rapidly connecting/disconnecting. The laptop battery icon in the tray flips to plugged in not charging and it won’t work again until it’s unplugged from the dock and not reconnected for some time. We’ve tried removing the Lenovo Vantage software but the issue came back. We haven’t had any other issues with the laptop except when connecting to the dock. As far as Lenovo says, all of the drivers and system software is up to date. Is there anything else we can try to troubleshoot the problem?
