Hello - I purchased the new 10 port USB 3.0 Hub to install 5 IBM monitors. I plugged and installed the drivers per instructions but I don’t think my laptop is detecting the hub. I hear the sound when I plug a device into the hub but nothing is happening. I tested just plugging a USB mouse and keyboard and that is not even working. Can someone contact me, please?
