I installed plugable UD 3000 and connected peripherals but nothing is working

I just bought a UD 3000 and connected all my peripherals as well as connected the cable from the replicator to the USB port on my laptop.
However nothing is working. Can you please contact me asap.

For the benefit of anyone who is interested:

The unit wasn’t powered. Once the unit powered up (indicated by the blue LED), it worked without issues.
