I have no power

I have model USB3-HUB7-81X and it does not show power. All power leading to the device is working.

Thank you for contacting us, I am sorry this most likely indicates the hub has failed and will need to be replaced.

We currently offer two 7-port USB 5Gbps hubs:

  • USB 3.0 7-Port Hub with 2 BC 1.2 Charging Ports with 36W Power Adapter ( https://plugable.com/products/usb3-hub7c ) will be the most similar to your current hub. This supports USB up to 5Gbps on all ports and USB Battery Charging version 1.2 (BC 1.2) on the left-most and right-most ports.
  • USB 3.0 and USB-C 7-Port Charging Hub with 60W Power Adapter( https://plugable.com/products/usbc-hub7bc ) supports USB up to 5Gbps and BC 1.2 on all ports.
