I have a Lenovo Yoga 720, and purchased your UD-ULTCDL docking station. Its working but not charging the laptop. What should I do?

We do not have feedback specific to the Yoga 720 15" nor do we have on in our labs for testing, but we have had success with the 13" variation of this laptop (this is called out on the compatibility chart on this page –> http://plugable.com/products/ud-ultcdl/).
In looking at the manual of the Yoga 720, what does jump out to me is that Lenovo does not call out that the USB-C port on the right hand side of the system as supporting Power Delivery (https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/… printed page 13, PDF page 17). Whereas they do call out that one of the Yoga 720 13" USB-C ports supports Power Delivery (printed page 11, PDF page 15).
It appears that this could be the expected behavior on the Yoga 720, based off of the manual information. Understood if this means that our dock will not meet your needs and we’d be able to assist with a return for full refund as we certainly do not want you stuck with a device that does not meet your needs.
