I can no longer see the BT dongle in device manager and software install says 'no BT device found'. Any ideas? Is it dead, Jim?

I tried all USB slots, usb 2 and 3. Any ideas?

well, I tried it in two PC’s neither can identify it now. I need an RMA please!
