I purchased 4 of these docks, and one has become conpletely unstable. It blincked, will not link. The Intel TB3 app no longer shows the dock linked. The cable is approved and logo is there. All was well, but now, nothing. I re-bricked the computer, installed the latest intel and amd drivers, and made sure the cable was good by directly plugging into the monitor; all perfect.
Update 1/7 - plugged this laptop into two other TBT4-UDX1 docks we own, they all work perfectly. Seems this is a defective dock. The others show a connection to the zbook / intel thunderbolt 3 firmware interface, and the defective one shows no connection to the dock.
I need help checking out the dock itself.
Please help.
