HP Spectre/Windows 10 Isssue with 3.0 Ethernet Adapter?

Plugable Ethernet Adapter 3.0 doesn’t work on HP Spectre with Windows 10 – all else is working (cable, internet, etc). Anyone else have this issue?

It was a Kaspersky conflict. Now it works.

I removed Kaspersky and the issue went away. Good luck!
