We also received a ticket to our email at support@plugable.com and we have responded, however we would like to learn more about the Plugable product you are using.

Please feel free to reply to this forum thread with the model of your Plugable product (located on the bottom of the product or on the packaging) and please clarify what is not working with our product and “Hp mixer controllers”.
