I have purchased the pluggable usb-c docking station and all connections work but the laptop is not charging
Sorry to hear about this issue Rick!
Unfortunately we’ve encountered a lot of issues with the HP Envy line of systems - especially the 15" models.
I suspect that your system requires more power than our dock can offer, and that you’ll need to use the HP charger along with our dock.
If you can reply with the exact model # for your system I may be able to find out for sure for you.
