I have just received this new laptop and I am encountering the message when the system starts up with the USB plugged directly in the laptop not the docking station.
I have attempted to update the drivers in device manager but have shown that the best driver is installed for the host controller and the eXtensible.
Can you assist in how to get this working correctly.
