How does one use the USB Bluetooth adapter to an IPhone (6+, windows 7) as a webcam?

Thanks for posting. Unfortunately, there is no way to connect an iOS device to a Windows 7 as a webcam through Bluetooth. Bluetooth has very limited bandwidth and doesn’t support video devices.
