How do I track the ticket number I was given in an email before I created an account?

I have the USB-BT4LE bluetooth adapter that I purchased to work with my Win 7 desktop and Cricut Explore Air machine. I am able to pair the Air, but Allow a Device to Connect is gray. I sent an email and got a ticket number. I don’t know how to track what is happening. I created an account, but don’t see a way to look up the ticket number.
