How do I plug in the 4 port USB 3.0 hub power supply?

How do I plug in the AC power adapter for my 4 port USB hub? It has 2 funky little metal loops on the bottom, like nothing I have ever seen. I live in the US, it was shipped to my US address, I guess I expected a power supply that would plug in to a standard US power outlet.

Never mind! Just found the adapter that goes on the back of the power supply.
