Thanks for reaching out to us, and I apologize for the issue you’re experiencing! By the sounds of it, you’re referring to the Bravura Easy Computer Sync software that’s used with the Plugable Windows Transfer Cable (https://plugable.com/products/usb-eas…). If that’s incorrect, please let me know!

The Bravura Easy Computer Sync software can also be downloaded from our website. The link below is a direct download link for it, if you click it the download should start:

I would recommend downloading the installer of the Bravura software to the Windows 10 computer and installing it that way, since you’re having trouble using the installation CD. Let me know if that helps, or if you have additional questions!
