How are prongs released on power adapter for USB 3.0 Station?

The unit was shipped with recessed prongs on the power adapter with no instructions for releasing. No way to plus in unit until this is resolved.

Thank you for posting.

There should be a small adapter with the correct prongs for your location in the box that the USB 3.0 station came it. If you find it, just slide it into the slots on both sides of both of those recessed prongs you are seeing.

If you can’t find it in the box, please let me know, and we will send another.
