I purchased a Model UGA-2K-A USB 2.0 display adapter, s/n6543001A02611 from your company. The adaptor gets very warm and the monitor gets all types of line and boxes. I check numerous times to make sure all plugs etc were tight. How to I fix this problem or does it need to be sent back to you for replacement.

This would give us a better insight as to what is going on.
Once we analyze it, we can figure out the next steps.
