Hi will the usb to hdmi Adaptor work for mulitpoint server workstations?

Looking for zero client with hdmi option but cant seem to find it so im trying to find out if I can go with the usb the hdmi adaptor for extra workstation displays on my multipoint server. Thank you.

Thanks for posting your question here about Plugable Technologie devices and Windows MultiPoint Server, I’ll be happy to help. It is possible to use our USB HDMI adapter for Windows MultiPoint Server with a couple of considerations.

First, you’ll need to use a USB hub and connect a keyboard mouse and monitor to it to represent one seat for to the operating system.

Next, the OSBASE driver for DisplayLink devices on WMS2012 is currently licensed for our docking clients so there is a persistent small message in the upper left corner of the screen with information for obtaining a license. You can find more information about licensing here: http://osbase.com/

It may be a better solution to use a DVI to HDMI adapter for the UD-160.
