Help with transfer

Computer says windows easy transfer can’t connect. why? windows easy transfer is installed on the old computer and the new computer is windows 7 and has it already

Normally there is an update that needs to be applied to the old PC before you’ll be able to run Windows Easy Transfer. You should be able to get the update relevant for your system from the link below, but if you have any questions about which one just let me know if your old PC is Windows XP, Vista, or 7.
