With my Surface pro on line I plugged in the UD-3900 and windows does not retrieve any drivers. I find it in devices and the 4 plugable devices have ? marks. I tried to manually do a update driver (search automatically ) and drivers can’t be found. Going to your web site, drivers, all I see are software down load options. Where are the specific drivers I need.

Thanks for asking! You can download and install the DisplayLink drivers from http://www.displaylink.com/support/sl… by clicking on ‘Agree’.
Once the installation is completed and the system rebooted, please connect the Plugable UD-3900 to the system. Please make sure not to unplug the device from a USB port if Windows gives a notification that the firmware is being updated until the updation is completed.
