I have an External LG (BE14NU40) Bluray burner that is connected to a Plugable USB 3.0 switch. The problem I’m having is that the PC on first port of the switch has problems installing the driver for the burner. The error message I’m getting is “This device cannot start. (Code 10) STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE”. The second PC has no problems detecting it. They are both running Windows 10 64-bit. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
