The Bravura Easy Computer Sync product key is uniquely associated with the Amazon order ID through which the unit was purchased from us (Plugable Technologies) and is automatically emailed to the email address associated with the amazon ID through which the order was placed.
Could you shoot us an email at email@example.com with the amazon order ID through which the product was ordered? Alternately you could forward us the confirmation email you received from amazon when the unit was shipped.
As the product key is uniquely associated with the amazon order through which the product was purchased from us, I can use that information to pull the product key associated with your order from our systems and send it to you.
