Just purchased USB-C SATA Dock, but no separate icon shows up under my Devices and drives in File Explorer. Are there likely solutions to activate the connection/recognition of the drive, when connected from my laptop, to my new 2 TB SATA drive . The drive is making the typical sound of it being activated when the usb is plugged into my computer. Nothing happens when I restart the computer. I’m very disappointed. Any help will be appreciated.
