hi, i have purchased a dp port to hmdi port adapter but i have issues with this not working correctly, i have one hmdi port only on my pc i need this for vr headset rift, i have spare display ports so i need adapter that works must be 4k 60hz capable, the adapter i have is active, means nothing to me, any other solution’s that will work would be great.

Would you be able to clarify what is not working? Are you unable to achieve 4K@60Hz using our adapter?
