HDMI video out from laptop is a little too big per the native resolution. FIXED!

I’m using the Multi-Display adapter from the USB 3.0 port to a DVI monitor and that works fine. The laptop display (Toshiba Satellite P55W-C Windows 10) is working fine. However, the monitor connected to the laptop (HDMI to HDMI direct connection) has a native resolution of 1920 x 1080 but the onscreen image is now too large. It 'looks like\ it is displaying something like 1980 x 1120…or the image is about an inch or so too large on all 4 sides. To fix this I had to adjust the monitor from the on screen menu and change the Input select from HDMI AV to HDMI PC and now it’s perfect.

Just thought I’d pass this along to others that might have the same issue.

Thanks for letting us know!
