HDMI to Vizio TV, video but no audio

My laptop: Dell Inspiron 7306 2n1
OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home

My TV: Vizio M-Series Quantum

With the help of Windows support I’ve figured out that it is not an issue with the drivers on my laptop. It is also not a problem with the HDMI cable itself. (The two HDMI cables I have work with other TVs with no problems.)

On my TV, I get the video perfectly. But the audio still only comes from my laptop.

When I open the device settings on my laptop to change the default audio to my TV, there is no option for it. The only options are headphones and the laptop’s speakers. I reinstalled the drivers and still nothing.

I also changed the TV speakers from “On” to “Auto” and the other way around with no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
