HDMI to DVI/VGA on usb 3.0 docking station

I am moving from a desktop w/ 2 24" monitors w/ DVI & VGA connectors. What adapter do I need to use the HDMI port on the USB 3.0 docking station to support the 2nd monitor using either a DVI or VGA cable? Both monitors are at 1920 x 1024 resolution.

Hi John,

Thanks for reaching out to us, I am happy to answer your question!

One monitor can connect to the docking station’s DVI port using a DVI-to-DVI cable ( sold separately or may have come with the monitor ). The second monitor can connect to the docking station’s HDMI port with an HDMI-to-DVI cable ( sold separately ). While we do not recommend specific brands of HDMI-to-DVI cables a number of them are available on Amazon that will work nicely with this setup.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
