HDMI not recognized with Dell xps-15 9575

Hello, I’m trying to set up the following with the UD-ULTCDL :

• Dell XPS-15 9575
• graphic card : Radeon RX Vega 870
• two Dell S2409W monitors

The DVI input is recognized (although with a fuzzy resolution)
The HDMI input is not recognized, be it on the 4K or the 2K port

I tried various resolutions and input combinations in the Display section of the Control Panel, without success.

I don’t know what to try next.

Could my monitors be too old?

We have a troubleshooting tool that helps us find out what is going on in situations like this. Please plug the dock (with your monitors attached to the 2K and 4K HDMI ports if possible) into your computer, then go to this page and follow the instructions there:

Looking at your monitor models I would expect them to work. 1080p resolution with all three input types:

• Video inputs: VGA, HDMI and DVI-D
