hdmi connection not working… i installed latest drivers, restarted. HDMI is selected on the monitor and works when directly plugged into laptop. Dell laptop, dell monitor, windows 10.

There are many things that could be causing your monitor not to work through one of our DisplayLink devices. We should gather logs and take a look, see what could be going wrong.
