HDMI monitor just went out

Hello,

I have a gaming laptop where I have been running 2 monitors through my plugable device via HDMI/Display. Today, my HDMI monitor went out and I cannot seem to get it to come back. Oddly enough, if I plug my work computer up via the USBC, both monitors work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

  1. Can you please provide the model number of the Plugable product you are using? This can usually be found on the bottom of the product.
  2. Can you please provide the make and model of the monitors you are using with the Plugable product? This information can usually be found on the back of the monitors. Example: Dell U2415S
