New Plugable Thunderbolt Docking station- TBT3-UDZ; HDMI 2 port not working, continuously turns on and off and eventually wont turn back on, checked it on 2 different monitors and the problem port issue is continues, also checked it by switching different monitors to HDMI port 1 which immediately resolves the issue. The lap top is new HP with EVO.

Generally video issues like this often can be resolved with updates or making some configuration changes. To find out what might be occurring here with the second HDMI output we have a troubleshooting tool that helps us find out what is going on in situations like this. If able, please plug the dock with your monitors attached to it into your computer, then go to this page and follow the instructions there:

When emailing us (support@plugable.com) the generated zip file with the diagnostics results please mention Ticket 427566 in the email subject so we can match things up. Please don’t post the diagnostics here.
I can then take a look at the diagnostics for anything that may stand out and to offer some next steps.
